“MIND WEAPON” – Sub Concious Control for Destroying Negative Thought Patterns..

The way you spend your morning can add a certain flavour to the rest of your day. Here are some healthy lifestyle habits to incorporate into your morning routine that can leave you better able to handle the stress you experience.
A positive thinking attitude is everything!

It determines what perspective you view your own life. It is a mental attitude that focuses on positive thoughts, words, actions and feelings that are working to create a successful environment.

As Henry Ford said, “If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.”

It all starts with positive thoughts.

Positive people focus their feelings on joy, happiness, health, prosperity, harmony and love. They seek successful outcomes and take positive actions to create that reality. Through attraction principles, positive thinkers live in solutions, not problems.

Do you know that not everyone believes in positive thoughts?

You’ve met the people that don’t. You can pick them out of a crowd because you want to run as fast as you can to get away from them!

You shall soon realize, it is a CHOICE to think positive thoughts. Happy or Not. Choose one.
I read this study once of people that were involved in an accident that left them paralyzed and that within 6 months of the accident they returned to their normal mental thinking.

Even though they were in a life changing accident, some accepted the limited use of their limbs and focused on moving forward in their life positively.

It’s no surprise to me that the people that practice positive thoughts moved on much more quickly.

The attraction principles tell us that if one focuses their attention on positives they will get more of the same. Like attracts like.

I remember reading The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale when I was 18 years old. There was one story that really impressed me about positive thinking about how it can create such happiness in someone’s life.

Norman Vincent Peale tells the story of a old man being interviewed on a talk show. The talk show host noticed that this older man was so radiant and happy.

He asked him for his secret of happiness. The man replied, “I haven’t any great secret. It’s just as plain as the nose on your face. When I get up in the morning,” he explained, “I have two choices–either to be happy or to be unhappy, and what do you think I do? I just choose to be happy, and that’s all there is to it.”

Are you choosing happiness? Or are you choosing not to be happy? It really is a choice. List the things that give you happiness in your life. It all starts with what you are thinking about! Whether it is your monthly trip to your favourite place to stay in your favourite hotel, or anything else. If it’s a hotel and trips that make you happy that’s great but it can be pretty much whatever it is that makes you think positively. Thoughts become things. Tap into those positive thoughts!

Positive thinking is the foundation for the Law of Attraction.

Build your foundation strong! A house starts with a foundation. It does not start with the roof. Start with your foundation of positive thoughts as you start your day.

The Law of Attraction states that what you focus your energy and attention on you will get more of the same. Focus on positive thoughts, words and actions!
 
You are reinforcing your positive foundation with these thoughts, words and actions. Have you ever noticed that when you focus on the negative the attraction principles are also at work? You attract more of the same. So, mind your positive thinking!!
